Een werknemer die zich bedenkt kan zonder opgaaf van redenen schriftelijk terugkomen op de gemaakte afspraken.<\/p>\n<p>Doet hij dat, dan moet er opnieuw worden onderhandeld of het ontslag moet alsnog via het UWV of de Kantonrechter verlopen.
